If you are serving a client for the first time, you need to do your part in order to impress them well. The first impression that the client will have on you will determine if they will buy from you again or not that is why it need to be good. You for instance need to be early to deliver the services and to talk less throughout the time you will be with the client. Ensure that you understand what the client needs very well before you do it so that you will not do the wrong thing which may annoy the client. If you are a Nottingham caterer for instance, you can alway add something like a salad for your client if they have ordered some food from you just for the good impression. You need to be well dressed and clean as well. When all this is done at the right time, you can be sure that the client will never call anyone else for his catering services. Service providers need to do so much in order to market themselves.
